A hydrogen safety training specialist that acts as a conduit between industry and education has announced a new appointment.

Charlotte Champ joins Swansea-based Hydrogen Safe as a Specialist Trainer, having previously worked at British Gas and as a trainer and desk engineer at Openreach, delivering office-based training and managing workstreams for new site fibre installations.

Charlie said:

“I am really looking forward to learning and delivering the latest in hydrogen technologies and developments. It will be great to become a subject matter expert in this vastly growing sector.

“Being a part of a growing organisation based in Wales that is at the forefront of the transition to greener ways of working is really exciting.”

CEO and Founder of Hydrogen Safe, Andy Lord, said:

“I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Charlie to the team. This supports our strategic expansion of the business in Wales and is a testament to how forward-thinking businesses and education providers are here.

“With a dedicated office in Swansea, we look forward to sharing our achievements as we continue to build on the success we’ve had in such a short timeframe.”
