As part of a new series supporting SMEs on their journey to net zero, and the potential benefits they can gain from taking action, Business News Wales spoke to members of the SME Taskforce in Wales, to gather their insight.

David apJohn Williams, National Contract Manager for Business Wales discusses the importance that individuals and businesses have to play in this current climate emergency. With an experienced team of resource efficiency advisors, Business Wales offer free advice and support, for example development of efficient ways of working, ways of how to deal with the impact of the energy crisis as well as utilising carbon technologies in to business operation.

Along with other key highlights of advice including a new fund supported by Development Bank of Wales that is soon to be available, David also steps upon the Green Growth Pledge, which helps Welsh Business take pro-active steps towards improving their sustainability, helping Wales transition to a low carbon future.
