Why Housing Associations Are Key to Net Zero Goals

A new net zero hub aims to cut carbon emissions from new and existing social homes.

Housing associations across Wales are supporting the launch of the Welsh Zero Carbon Hwb, which is aiming to become a central point for net zero design, construction and housing performance information in Wales.

As innovators in home decarbonisation, registered social landlords are coming together with developers, residential social landlords, and owners to share their knowledge and expertise.

Business News Wales spoke to Bethan Proctor of Community Housing Cymru about the role of housing associations in the journey to net zero.
